Read below for information on returns and refunds.

*All return or refund requests must be within 30 days of your order's ship date.


Did your order arrive with one or more damaged products?

 We apologize if your Hair Resurrection order was delivered in less-than-ideal condition. Please snap a picture of the damaged item and email it to [email protected] to our customer service team. Upon receipt of the photographs, we will refund your purchase price or send a replacement item to you at no additional cost.


Was your order missing purchased items?

We regret that your order was delivered in part. Don't hesitate to contact our customer service staff at [email protected] if you have not received your Hair Resurrection order. They will be pleased to help and will send the missing goods to you. 


Did your order include the wrong items?

We sincerely apologize for the error! Please contact us by email at [email protected] if the things you received do not match the ones you ordered. During regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (excluding holidays), one of our Customer Service Team Members would be pleased to fix your order.  


Was your order lost/missing?

We are deeply sorry to learn that your order has not yet arrived. Please get in touch with us by email at [email protected]. We are pleased to look into your missing order and send a replacement.


Changed your mind about your order and wish to return the items?

Within 30 days of your order's shipment date, you can return any unopened and unused items at your expense. Please ensure all items are unopened, in their original packing, and unlit, and remember to include your name and order number. After receiving the return, our Customer Service department will offer a refund for the amount associated with the returned goods.
