How do you protect your customers?

Did your order arrive with one or more damaged products?

 We apologize if your Hair Resurrection order was delivered in less-than-ideal condition. Please snap a picture of the damaged item and email it to myhairresurrection@gmail.com to our customer service team. Upon receipt of the photographs, we will either refund your purchase price or send a replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Was your order missing purchased items?
We regret that your order was delivered in part. Please contact our customer service staff at myhairresurrection@gmail.com if you did not receive your Hair Resurrection order in its entirety. They will be pleased to help and will send the missing goods to you. 

Did your order include the wrong items?
We sincerely apologize for the error! Please contact us by email at myhairresurrection@gmail.com if the things you received do not match the ones you ordered. During regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST (excluding holidays), one of our Customer Service Team Members would be pleased to fix your order.
